mixed feelings about the stay
chair stains broken dispenser
i found the overall experience somewhat lacking. there were stains on the chair in my room, that really bothered me. also, the soap dispenser in the bathroom, it was broken, not ideal. i had to sleep with the window open because there was only heat available, so it got quite noisy.

tired room enhanced services
i was disappointed with some aspects of my stay. the room was a bit worn. i also noticed a lack of enhanced services compared to other hotels in a similar price range. the hotel felt more like a three-star experience than a five-star one.

Mixed Experience, Some Issues Noted
shower cleanliness double bed
I found the promised walk in shower absent despite prior arrangements, a major issue. I booked a Junior suite and staff gave me another room with only one double bed, insufficient for my group of three. There were also no complementaries in the new room. The shower cleanliness was questionable with soap scum and mould present on the tiles.
